SoundboardClick.com provides users with access to a rich collection of audio clips and soundboards. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that SoundboardClick assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

You agree to not use the Site to:

  • Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the audio clips provided on this site for commercial purposes without securing the proper rights.
  • Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the SoundboardClick servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.

4. Intellectual Property

The sound clips hosted on this site are either in the public domain, licensed under Creative Commons, or used under the doctrine of Fair Use for purposes of parody, commentary, and criticism. If you are a copyright owner and believe your content has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us for immediate removal.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

SoundboardClick shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
